    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Since I can not access my Boots account online( even though CS claims it is working fine) , I called customer service. As I expected they are reeling from all the "unexpected" orders.  REALLY?  They didn't expect 50% off would bring alot of orders?  Anyway, my order will ship sometime the beginning of December.  Well, we'll see.  They are waiting for product, then they can fill orders.  Seriously I was about to cancel the order....but I'll be patient.  The last time I did an order like this (different website) after I waited for some kind of action for a couple of weeks I got an email stating my credit card information was not accepted.  Which of course was just code for they sold too many, couldn't fill all the orders and were cancelling orders.  Patty at Boots assured me my order was "fine".  Let's hope they can get it together and get the orders out ASAP.  Oh...and I had two backordered items in my order along with 4 in stock items and they are holding the entire order to send when they can fill the back ordered items.  In case you were wondering about that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
