WCM Fan Club, Anyone?

Seriously, WCM hardly gets any love on the board!

I found a 32oz. in the back of my closet and used it this morning - the scent is so refreshing and I forgot how well this performs for me!

At least I have this bottle to hold me over till WCM gets re-released next season

I love WCM. It smells like Berry Berry Mint Gum. It's a 3 season seasonal for me. It just doesn't for Fall for me. If it were more moisturizing, I'd buy more this winter (Not drying, just not really moisturizing for me.). I have 2 more 32ozs, as it is. So WEN it's gone, it's gone.

I passed on that one but it seemed like alot of people liked it. I remember some saying it was kind of effervescent.

Nope, it's not the one for me. It was the first Wen that I ever returned.......fragrance, performance, didn't like anything about it. (And for me to make the trip to the post office to return something says a lot.........it was pretty bad.)

I think WCM doesn't get mentioned too often because it "competes" with Winter Vanilla Mint. There are so many people who love the first winter seasonal, that this one just didn't live up to the hype. (I still haven't tried that one.......can't get past the smell......I have zero desire to smell like a chocolate peppermint patty. I sold the few unopened bottles that I'd had, I have one 16 oz left that I opened just to smell. I might finally try it this year, just to see how it performs.)

Totally agree with you on WVM kind of hogging the spotlight haha - I actually just finished a 16oz. bottle of that and while I like the performance, I'm not really as blown out of the water and clamoring for it to come back as some Wenners are.

SHP is pretty much unbeatable for me at this point in both performance and scent but WCM is a very close second - the scent is so pretty and it makes me want to go do fun winter activities (I say as I'm currently writing in 85 degree weather)

I love WCM and still have some extra cc, oil and rtm that I will start using soon. I will definitely buy more of this in the winter. I really liked all of the seasonals that I tried except for FAS.

I love WCM! It smells sooooo good. I had to modify how I used the CC unfortunately because after using it a few cleanses in a row, it started to irritate my scalp. No biggie, I just used something else on my scalp and the WCM on the length of my hair. I would however buy a ten gallon drum of the RTM! I have it at work in one of those little travel perfume sprayers from Lori Greiner and I use it at least once a day for a pick-me-up.

yes! love it. hadn't used it for a while and kinda got back into it early in the summer and wondered why i always overlook the cc in my shower. i may get a 32 oz this winter but use it next spring and summer. it's so refreshing (esp in the summer) and moisturizing but light! i love the smell of wvm but wcm works better on my hair and smells great too, just in a different way.

Happy to see this post. It's one of my favorites too.

I liked it so much I bought the 4oz oil last year - which I rarely do. I have so many bottles of oils from buying sets, I didn't really need it, but I liked the fragrance.

Since I liked both WCM and WVM, I am kind of hoping I don't like this year's winter fragrance/formula!

I was thinking the same about the new winter formula. I already know that I will want to order the December tsv and more WCM so not sure that I will want to try the new winter formula. It all depends on if I think I would like it. Although, I love the seasonals and the only one that I tried that I didn't like was FAS. I just couldn't use it and it gave me a headache. I also plan on ordering the wcm 4 oz. oil and rtm from the Chaz Dean site when I can afford it. It will be available to order until sometime in February unless it sells out.

WCM was probably one of my favorite seasonals as far as scent goes. Smells like Christmas in a bottle!! But like all seasonals, performance was hit or miss.

I started using Wen this past spring. I've tried all the CC's except CA and LAV. Is WCM and WVM as minty as SAM? The mint is a little too strong for me but I did want to try all the seasonals if possible. I appreciate the Wenners and have learned a lot from reading your posts. Thanks.

I have never used the WVM since I wasn't using Wen when this was offered. Yes, the WCM is definitely minty but I also love SAM. If you don't like SAM you probably wouldn't like the WCM. Hopefully, some other Wenners will respond.

that is too funny- sounds like something my husband would say!

I don't like the scent of WVM either. It smells just like an andes mint or peppermint patty and although I like to eat an occasional one, I don't like it in my hair and body products. I still have about 1/3 to 1/4 left of a 32 oz bottle and had tried using the rest for shave cream but I really just don't want to anymore due to the scent. My husband who will usually use up what I won't will not use it. Now don't get me wrong, it isn't any where near the dislike of the scent of FAS which was overpowering and lingered for days, but I just thought why do I keep using it if I don't like it? If I remember correctly, it worked okay for my hair but nothing so impressive I felt I wanted to keep using it despite the scent. But it seems like WVM is the more popular of the two winter scents for sure.

I like it but there's others I like more. WVM smells great, to me it smells like a chocolate chip mint ice cream cone and makes me want to eat one.
