This morning I was watching the Today show on my HD TV. They did a closeup of Meredith Vieira's face and I was a little taken back at how many wrinkles she had but then all of a sudden, she didn't have the wrinkles any more and her skin was smooth and beautiful. I realized that they must put a filter on close shots of her and in this particular instance they didn't get the filter on in time. It was a very dramatic difference. This is absolutely nothing against Meredith, I just didn't realize they were putting filters on and what a big difference they make. I guess with the coming of the HD TV's that show every flaw you have, they have to do it. It was just like airbrushing in a magazine.
