I am so angry. I have been banking with Suntrust Bank for well over 30 years! Through all of their name changes! I have 4 business accounts and 1 personal account at Wachovia/Wells Fargo, but I have always done all of my personal accts in Suntrust. If you saw my account number you'd know how old it is. They are charging 7$ per month if your account isn't $500 daily and $5 if your account is over $500. It's the principal of this! I called Suntrust and the young woman there said, "Mam, I am sorry to interrupt, but thank you for calling!" Not even, "well, we hate to loose you". Nothing! My oldest daughter uses Navy Federal (and I could), but most in my family use PNC bank. I don't know much about banking around the US, maybe I just need East Coast banks. Thanks for just telling me what it is or what you don't like about your bank. I feel like I'm being nosey. I really apologize. My late husband always found the banks and because he was an investor(loaning money to businesses) we had cash in a lot of banks but always our personal money was in Suntrust.
