topic Not universal formulas? in Beauty

I am hoping to get some feedback from those of you WEN girls who have a lot of experience with WEN as I am relatively new to the brand. Here are some observations I am hoping to get some insight on.

When using shampoo, I could get 2 days out of my hair but day 2 required A LOT of dry shampoo & usually meant wearing hair in a pony or half up. NEVER could I get 3 days out of my hair. I tried GP & LAV WEN. I sent the GP right back as it felt drying & I didn't like the smell. I then moved onto the lavendar. I can get 3 days out of my hair with it & day 2 hair sometimes looks better than day 1. I still use dry shampoo but not as much & I never have to wear it up. LOVE.

With this great result I decided to buy the 4 pack of 16oz which had LAV, SAM, POM & TT. I also got the LAV volumizing mist & POM repleneshing mist. Next I tried the POM, using the same technique/method as I do with the LAV (1st clean only wash scalp, 2nd cleasnse, repeat scalp wash & rest of hair). My day 2 hair was not as good, not as much body & scalp felt a little oily. I used the replenishing mist to refresh & the volumizing mist as a "hairspray". By the end of the day I looked like my hair was wet. It was so oily. Thinking i might have overdone it with the replenishing mist, for the next cleansing I used POM again & now on day 2, my hair is very oily. I didn't use the replenishing mist at all & dry shampoo isn't even cutting it.

Could it be POM is not really universal & it is making my scalp oily? I am going to wash with LAV again tomorrow to make sure it isn't just my scalp changing but I am now afraid to try the SAM, & TT & thinking of sending the 4 pack back & sticking just with the LAV. Also, could the POM repleneshing mist be causing oiliness?

Sorry for the long post & so many questions - I had such great results with LAV, I was hoping to be able to use more scents & want to see what other's experience has been. Thanks!
