I believe it is. It is listed in the Insider as part of an upcoming TSV set.

Never mind I found it. They don't offer Fairly Medium as usual. I love the Full Flawless Face Brush (until it becomes brittle and stars shedding), but I'm not a huge fan of the color Elation, or Maverick. I guess I'm just thinking out loud here, this is a no for me, but it looked good from afar!
