Principal Secret Advanced vs. Reclaim

What is the major difference between these to lines from Principal Secret? Which do you prefer and why? Thank you for your thoughts.

Poppet, I think the only real difference is the argireline peptide in the Reclaim. Also, there is a type of melon in the cleanser (in R), which you can detect, but faintly. Okay, there is one more difference, and in R she added a skin texturizer, but I'm not sure what the catalyst ingredient/s is/are in that.

The Advanced night cream was discontinued, which was one of my favorite PS products. I prefer the Advanced cleanser over the Reclaim cleanser.

I love the Advanced Cleanser. I've been using it for 20 years. Just received an order of 6 of the cleansers week before last.

It totally depends on your skin. I find the Advanced to be a bit less emollient and better suited to my combo/oily skin. Reclaim is definitely more hydrating and emollient, although I prefer the Reclaim eye cream. If you order through guthy-renker, after your initial shipment you can customize your kits to include items from both lines. I honestly can't tell any difference between the Reclaim and Advanced Enzyme mask, but the advanced is a larger size for the same price.

What do you use for night time since the Advanced was discontinued? Why would they do that if so many still use the Advanced line? Doesn't make sense....

Reclaim came out much later than her Advanced, at least that is what I recall and has more up to date ingredients - or at least that was my understanding. I would definitely go for Reclaim if I bought from her brand. I do remember when VP first came out with Reclaim and how excited she was about adding it in to her brand. Victoria mentioned a lot back then that she bought the US rights to Airgeline - not sure if that is still true as that was a long time ago now but I definitely remembering her making a big deal about it then.
