Question about Philosophy Website - Offers?

Hi, I use Pure Grace, which I've had a long time. Am venturing into other Philosophy fragrances. Got the 4 piece body creme on QVC last week (still on way) which has Amazing, Pure, Baby and Living Grace. I think I heard something somewhere that if you buy something off Philosophy site directly you get special offers and may samples. Anyone know if this is true?

For offers, you just sign up with your email. You don't have to place an order to receive them. But you get about one a day, so be prepared.

For samples, I don't think you get samples with every order, if at all. Someone else may know more as I place orders for Phil products through so many different places that I may be confusing it with something else.

The good promos get posted here so even if you don't sign up, you won't miss out on anything good ;o)

To me it seems the website goes through cycles. They will have a couple promos close together, then nothing for a while. Right now they have been in a nothing mode. You get 2 samples with every order if you order through your account. You get to pick the samples. They are one or two use size. IMO they have the best sales.

I seem to remember getting samples with everything I have ever ordered through their website. I love some of their sales, but their shipping department takes FOREVER! I usually order the 32 oz. Purity from them when it is on sale, but QVC had a better deal recently. I have switched to all Fresh Cream products for bath and body, so I always purchase the largest sizes possible from the Q.

I, too, recommend signing up to receive emails from Philosophy. People usually post sales and promo info here, but not always, so the emails can be helpful alerts.

Regarding samples, you do get the opportunity to choose 2 samples when you place an order from the Philosophy site. They're pretty much the same selection of samples each time, but if you're new to Philosophy and want to try some of their core skin care products, it's nice. They're the small foil size packets, but you can get at least a couple of uses out of them. Usually the samples to choose from are Hope in a Jar, Purity, Eye Hope, Microdelivery Exfoliating Wash, Miracle Worker moisturizer, and Miracle Worker Eye Repair. A very long time ago, they used to include generous size sample packets of the 3 in 1s (shower gels). I used to love that, and wish they would start doing that again!

I find that most of the time I get a much better deal thru their website than thru QVC. I signed up for email offers and then I get quite a few offers every year offering me 40% off my entire purchase and I don't have to.pay for shipping or tax.
