What a cutie he is. Thank you for the video. He looks so young. Forbes Riley does get on my nerves but she was tolerable in that video.

Thanks so much, MarenSeattle - the DVD that accompanies the Spin Gym (5 minute workout, also on YouTube) goes through all the details. Believe me, when I started I started slowly and gradually did more. But it definitely firms the arms! And Dimitri sure looks good!
