      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suppose it makes a difference where it's located and how old it is, but Retin-A was great for me.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;The dermatologist prescribed the .1% for me after removing some facial moles.  I had to wait until the stitches were removed and the scabs fell off, but you can't see one speck of where the moles once were. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Helichrysum is supposed to be good for reducing/eliminating scars. But it is very expensive. Rose hip seed oil has that notoriety, as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
