I had bought a Mario Badescu product to try (hadn't used it before) and asked what the return policy was. She said that as long as it was returned before 30 days and had at least 75% of the product left, with the receipt, I could return it.

I looked online at the return policy and it said you had 60 days for anything and nothing at 75%. So don't know if that was a scare tactic or she just didn't know what she was talking about.

Second, it also says that if you received a free gift you had to return it too. Now, I had also bought a philosophy shower gel and had received a free gift with that, so I take it that that doesn't count as having to return since it is not a free Mario Badescu gift-right??? I'm just asking because you just never know with how some of these stores will deal with their return policies.

I will probably return my item next week so I just hope I don't get any grief for my return because I buy quite a bit of stuff from Ulta and have never returned anything but this is $20 and I would rather use the $$ towards my MB control cream instead of just letting the other product sit in a drawer never being used.
