Has anyone else been required by Paypal to "become verified" after spending a certain amount of money using Paypal? I was given the choice of either giving them my bank account # or signing up for their "Paypal Extras Mastercard." If I didn't do one of these two things, I couldn't use Paypal anymore to purchase from Ebay. Paypal says "everybody has to do this."
