I just wash my face with philosophy purity made simple, pat dry &amp; that is it!!! Never had this problem before. I'm afraid to use anything after washing. My face has tiny bumps on the forehead and temples. Also on the chin.</P> <P>I looked into oil cleansing with castor oil/olive oil mixture. It says that oil cleans oil. I would start that treatment, but I'm not sure how to incorperate retinol, moisturizer or make up into my routine.</P> <P>I'm desperate and would appreciate all the good advice you have.
