Stumbled upon SHOP HQ...

I have heard it mentioned, but I have never watched it before...they sure have some nice clothes on sale. Has anyone ever bought from them? Any thoughts?

I thought the same thing until I received some of the items. One World had the most decent quality. Kate and Mallory I sent every item back from that label. They were defective!! All the reviews had the same problem. All in all, I think QVC has better quality, and Shophq, has more trendy clothing. That has been my experience anyway. People may have had different experiences.

Btw, I haven't ordered clothing from HSN. I've only ordered Joy Mangano Forever Scent Sticks no scent at all! I'm sticking w/ QVc for shopping channels.

The biggest complaint you may hear about ShopHQ (formerly ShopNBC) is about the (high) shipping charges. They don’t give much of a price break (like the Q and HSN tend to). I purchase Skinn, Isomers, Borghese and Rodial skincare from them…especially when they have their version of the Todays Special value. I really haven’t purchased items other than beauty. They do ship rather quickly and I have never had any issues with a return (I've returned quite a bit of Skinn, as that line is a real hit or miss for me!)

I bought a few items on one of their fashion days. I love their Kate & Mallory Slimming Option leggings. The best leggings anywhere. Fabulous colors. I am not crazy about most of their fashions. They tend to do a lot of prints and they don't offer Xs and their smalls tend to run large on me. They ship fast and they credit returns fast. I have returned far more than I have kept due to quality and fit.

I agree-the Joy sticks over at HSN were a WASTE of money! The scent lasted less than a day!!!

I like shophq. I've purchased some great jewelry, One World fashions, Tiffany style lamps, skin care. I'm very happy with most things I've purchased. I just get annoyed when they go into what seems like their month long 24 hour watch days. Rather boring.

I forgot that I have ordered some of the items in the Skinn line and I used to buy Isomers a long time ago. I still get the Isomers HPur on auto delivery even though it is no longer sold by ShopHQ. It is the best product in their line. (Hylauronic Acid)

I have two silver rings from there that are made in Israel. They are nice and the price was fair compared to the other two channels. I've also purchased Skinn Cosmetics there and I was very pleased with what I got. Their shipping and handling are a bit high at about $7 for each item.

If you get the SHQ CC, they often offer free shipping days if you use their CC. I have not paid any shipping charges from them in several years.

Kate and Mallory ponte items are really nice. Haven't tried much else from there though.

I have several Kate and Mallory items and love them all! Especially the stretch knit maxi dresses. SOOO soft! I also have the Slimming Options Shape Control Knit Leggings and love them too. Lots of great prices right now with $2.99 S/H. Perfect time to give some items a try.

They are hit or miss with items just like any other shopping channel or store.

I have a few clothing items, not a lot and I've had to return a few clothing items as well.

My most recent purchase was a Kate & Mallory black dress. It just came today so I haven't tried it on but just taking out of the package, it's very cute. Very simple but with a few details that makes it more interesting.

Just be aware that ShopHQ does NOT refund the original s/h you pay to have the item sent to you. So if you return something and are charged s/h, you lose that money plus what it costs you to send it back to them.

Well, I have learned a lot! I didn't realize that it was formerly Shop NBC. Reading the reviews saved me from one maxi dress I was considering...If you spend $75 dollars today, they give free shipping. Some cute things...I think I like them because the are trendy, as one poster here mentioned.

When you return an item they do not refund your original shipping charge. It can be an expensive proposition.

I LOVE the Elizabeth Grant skincare line on Shophq...She is having a Special Value on the 15th I believe...I rotate between her different lines, and have the best skin, (and I have used almost everything!)....
