Great as a waterline liner for upper lid!!! I pull out the wand and dip one of Laura's eyeliner brushes in the wand. Wears so well as a liner and comes off easily with remover on a Q tip. I've been doing this every day for weeks and was shocked to see how much thicker it made my lash line look.
