I find lately that "the Q" (which is how they answer the phone now) is really getting on my nerves which is why I really don't order as much as I did. Besides the same old, same old 100 products that they just keep presenting and presenting like we never saw them before, their prices are going thru the roof. When you oreder something, you have to calculate another $!0 added with S/H and taxes. The delivery is S-L-O-W, so slow that three times I never received the product so they had to give me a refund. Now I am still waiting on those Bethlehem lights that were presented 12 days ago, and if they don't come by tomorrow, oh well, too bad, so sad, is their attitude. Now I am reading about people saying you can't dealy AD! This is getting ridiculous. What exactly are they doing for us anyway? I don't have these problems on HSN. I have come to like that channel more, but there are products I have to order thru Q like Wen! Anyone else feel the same?!
