I fold a fluffy towel in half and lay it on my pillow. After "tucking" the towel around the pillow, I lay my head down. This works for me because I sleep on my back and don't really move around a lot throughout the night.

If you put the oil on about an hour before you go to bed, it's soaked in and won't get on your pillow.

This! I have never got any on my pillow. I put it on at least an hour before bed, sometimes early in the day if I don't have plans to go anywhere.

Same here! I've never had an oily residue on my pillow or on the sheets or blankets (I'm a burrower, lol).

Also, I use MyPillow so it's easy to wash I don't worry if something does get on it!

Whales, when I use the oils, my hair and scalp aren't greasy.

I use a dropper per quadrant on my scalp. I massage it in and the excess I rub through my hair.

I'll just add to my earlier post by agreeing with the ladies who say that they don't worry about oily residue on their pillows. The only reason I do the towel thing is because I use the TT oil (which is extremely strong), and it would turn my stomach if that smell ever "infiltrated" my pillow. lol

I don't cover my hair when I go to bed because hubby plays with my curls when I'm asleep. My pillows don't smell like "trees."

I'll also add that I when I use tea tree oil, I don't have to worry about my man infiltrating my side of the bed........he doesn't care for the smell, so he stays on his side. It's wonderful :-)

Haha! Love it. That stuff is smelly...but works well. I use a disposable shower cap when I use the oils...but I put it on after dinner and wash it out at about 11 PM. Still works great. I don't do well with sleeping with it all night.

The oils and the CC truly help your hair grow to it's fullest capacity!

I use Fig, 613 and Tea Tree as a part of my regular regimen.

I have been using the fig exclusively for a couple of years now. I decided to buy a gallon of the tea tree because of all the other curly haired girls raves. I haven't tried the oil and I was just wondering what difference it made with the cleanser

LOL nice ) I like the smell of the TT oil with eucalyptus, I think it's yummy! But I also kind of like TT oil by itself, I mean I wouldn't wear it as a fragrance but I like it.
