Things went well up until a sales rep initiated a conversation about their new Lancome offerings and offered to introduce me to the Lancome rep. I was enjoying myself so I played along. Well immediately after meeting me the cute Lancome rep proceeded to announce before god and the rest of the store that I had a serious hyperpigmentation issue! Needless to say I was embarrassed to say the least. Of course I know my faults but dont need to have them broadcasted. lol... I've had freckles since I could remember and they started camping together when I turned 40. I'm 47 now, and apart from this I feel pretty good about myself. So I'm going to choose to believe that my "spots" aren't the first thing most people notice when they see me. By the way I was truly impressed with the Napoleon Perdis lipsticks. No weird odor or flavor, lovely color range with great pigmentation. In fact I purchased two - Aphrodite (a dramatic & sophisticated red) and Anna (a very wearable coral-red).
