Wonder if it's the retinol product? I used it when then introduced it, and it was nice. Not JAW DROPPING, but definitely made my skin look really nice. If that's the product. I've never reordered, and am just going to start Retin-A, otherwise I might consider it. IF that's even what it is. :-)

One of the ingredients is peppermint Leaf Extract. Can someone tell me why peppermint would be used in skincare used on the face? Thank You.

I heard her say that the product had outperformed a prescription retinol product. Not sure about that.

What would be the benefit of using this over Retin A?

If you use or have used in the past Retin A or another retinol product, why would you need to titrate up? Why couldn't you just skip to level 3?

Has anyone used this?

I searched and can not find the percentage of retinol in any of the phases. I now use PTR PM Retinol, and it is 1.5%.

I'd think it might be potentially less irritating than Retin-A. It was really gentle and the part "B" or whatever the second step was, was soothing and nice.

If I recall, she said they found the skin responded better/showed better results by using that three step approach? Not sure -- I didn't watch it this time and I tried it when it was first launched which was quite some time ago.

Not sure about the claims it out performs Retin-A.

@ Mistic - With regard to peppermint (or others in the "mint" family which includes rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme - pronounced "time", lavender and sage), I've read that it may be a *skin irritant* of which you seem to be aware, too Perhaps the mint provides a slight tingle to the skin and causes people to believe that the skin product is actually working A mint ingredient tends to be in foot lotion, and perhaps it's supposed to be invigorating (?)

EVERYBODY'S claim is the "appearance" of "fine lines" and wrinkles. Not sure anything can truly get rid of them, but at the very least they're covering their butts legally, I think.

I've been watching the presentation, this product wouldn't do what I'm looking for. I don't have wrinkles or crepey skin, I want to address my marionette lines & this product doesn't appear to do that.

I can't use the DermAppeal on my face so I use it on my hands & feet. (I get it in kits, I won't buy it individually)

A lot of those "cute" sounding lines are the result of fat loss, I think. more of a drape than a wrinkle/line? If so, I don't think any topical treatment can address those -- we need fillers. And I need a lot! :-)

I agree, but, her neck is distracting, like she has a filler on the top half, then a line in the middle and the bottom half kinda saggy? She has that collar up around her neck? In the video she has on a t-neck! Not buying...
