JR Great Brow Day: Used as eyeshadow?

IknowIknow....this is out-of-the-box thinking, but can Joan Rivers Great Brow Day be used as an eyeshadow? Since it adheres to the skin so well, it might make a nice budge-proof eyeshadow. I would assume the Brow Day is safe for the eye area. Thoughts?

Interesting question sidsmom! I would say that JR's GHD could be used as an eyeshadow.

I have the cheaper version (from Sally Beauty). It has two shades and I only use the darker one when needed. Maybe I will try to use the other color as a shadow. I will say with the one I use, there is a bit of fallout on the stubby brush so that might be a problem with the alternate use.

Way to think out of the box!

sidsmom, it's so funny that you posted this because just last thursday i needed a light brown eye shadow & i used my joan rivers great brow day for my eyes. i didn't have any problems with it staying on, however just like with all my shadows i always use a drop a water, so that may have helped. but i didn't have any allergic reaction to it. i wouldn't use it all the time, but in a pinch it worked great.

I know products used around the eye are more rigidly tested. I don't think a brow product or hair product would undergo the same testing for reactions, irritation, or ingredients that might cause blindness. I think I would contact Joan on FB and check. Probably fine, but better safe than sorry IMO.
