Wen - Chaz's anti-humidity hair care tips

On June 25th, on his facebook chazdeanfanpage, Chaz shared some anti-humidity hair care tips:

Anti-Humidity

Always apply one or two pumps of WEN Cleansing Conditioner back into your hair after Cleansing. Then apply 1 to 2 pumps or more of the WEN Styling Creme depending on the thickness and length of your hair. Followed by 10 to 12 pumps of the WEN Nourishing Mousse to absolutely soaking wet hair. Be sure to apply the products in this order it's very important, that they Be applied from the most dense to the lightest. Other helpful tips would be to add 1 to 4 drops of the WEN Treatment Oils and or 2 to 4 pumps of the WEN Smoothing Glossing Serum into your WEN Cleansing Conditioner as you're leave-in conditioner and or your WEN Styling Creme.

Yes, very true. That's exactly what I do and I'm in heavy humidity right now. He always tells us that on the shows and I listen. I noticed that the peach oil is very different from the others in that when I used it the first time over night I found my hair was so hydrated after my blow dry the next day so now I'm gonna put two drops in after my blow out and use the oil almost every night. Guess I should'v gotten a big bottle. Got a small one on Chaz's site. QVC is gonna kill me. Good post though, bebe777.

The large SHP oil is still available for sale. That is what I bought along with the SHP set.

the more I read about Wen in these posts the less I want to try it. Sounds like a lot of work, a lot of steps and he is making a LOT of money !!!!!!!!!!!!

I know Wen has a huge following and those that use it LOVE IT but I agree, it sounds like a lot of work and honestly I don't have the disposable income for that many hair products, but for those that do....enjoy!

i do agree that that sounds like a lot of products. I still remember the days when Chaz said the cleanser was all you needed . I have a gallon of WEN fig, but I use other, cheaper products for styling.

Guess I got lucky. Other than the cc and sc, I don't NEED any of the other products. And, I occasionally use a (gasp)...styling iron After two years of Wen use, my 56 year-old, straight, half-way down my back, color treated hair looks amazing! Yay, Wen!!!!!!
