    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was reading reviews on MUA and found the absolute best conditioner I have ever used.  It is called s-factor serious conditioner and it is by TIGI.  This is the silkiest my hair has ever felt, and that is saying a lot because I am prone to coarse, hard hair.  It can be purchased at ulta but you can also get huge 25 ounce tubs on-line for even better deals if you do some searches.  &lt;/P&gt;</description>
