I don't the answer is so black and white.

Here is roughly the list of CCs from highest amino acid content to lowest, from what I can gather:

613

seasonals (some moreso than others)

the rest (actually not sure where Bamboo green tea would fit in with the list)

Moisture seems to be different for each person but I think we all agree Fig is the most moisturizing. Then after that, you will get different responses from each user. For me, the Summer honey peach is the next most moisturizing for my hair but it also contains some of the amino acid complex so does contain some protein building blocks as well, kind of a good mix (high moisture, lower "protein"). But that is just my experience.

I think Bebe has often said that BGT has at least as much amino acid complex/skin care ingredients as the seasonals. I think it might place in the ""protein"" list right after 613.

Lots of people have opposite experiences with it for moisture I have no idea where it would fall in that list!

KJPA, BGT for me is the perfect balance of moisture and protein! I can use it by itself, no mixing, and get great results.

Chaz has said and I agree with him that it's always a little protein and more moisture. Imo in order for protein it would be 613, bgt, seasonals. Fig is the highest in moisture. That said, even the seasonals vary depending on ingredients.
