She offered to phone in the order to Sephora directly and have it delivered to my house. The best part-she waived the shipping cost for me!!!!! I was so amazed that she offered to do that. I go to that Sephora all the time and have always had great experience with all the SAs but this was beyond my expectation!! Just had to share!!!!
