I just use the Tightline brush on the products that I like. The only thing I liked about Tightline was the brush, which I clean and reuse with other mascaras.

I love Tightline but the local beauty specialty stores do not supply this product and I just am tired of paying the higher price for a mascara. So I tried the Maybelline product. It is nice, although not as in my opinion. It is more wet and I prefer my mascara on the dry side. The brush isn't quite as delicate either. I will continue to use LD but I will only repurchase if I am out and need mascara immediately.

Does anyone know of another drugstore dupe...miniscule brush and dry formula? TIA

I use Maybelline Lash Discovery on my lower lashes because the brush is tiny enough to grab my lashes. My lower lashes are rather sparse and any other brush is too big.

I just opened a new tube of Lash Discovery. It is my new favorite mascara. I use it like tightline, actually touching base of lashes. I have the wash off formula. My lashes look great! Last all day, no clumping or flaking. I have thought about trying their waterproof, because I haven't found a liner that stays on my rim. I have watery eyes.
