Here I am again, complementing Paula's Choice. Put in a fairly large order yesterday, June 10th and it will be here tomorrow, June 12th. I did not ask for any shipping upgrade, but will be coming by 2nd day UPS Air. She really does have phenomenal service for her customers. Kudos to Paula!

Agreed. I was amazed how fast my last order shipped and was delivered. I think it shipped within the hour after I ordered it!

OP, if you changed the title you'd get more replies from the PC fans here. I'm not even sure why I clicked on this thread. I usually don't click on anything I don't know what the subject is, figuring it's not something I use or am interested in (b/c the majority of posts here fall into that category for me).

Yes, excellent customer service and it always gets to my house within 2 days. Always, even after all these years. I'm glad that they've remained so good for this long- most companies when they get bigger, something suffers, whether it be CS or the products. Not with PC, not so far anyway!

I agree that it seems to be a good company to do business with. I have placed one or two orders and had a great delivery time and was satisfied with the products I received.

I also agree that their CS is great. I almost always get my things in 2 - 3 days; in one instance an item was shipped overnight at no cost to me because it was accidentally left out of my original shipment. I had bad reactions to 2 of her new products lately, and since I am a regular customer my account was credited as I requested. The credit was almost instantaneous - it amazes me how fast they take care of things. It seems other places take forever to credit an account or fix a mistake.
