Question on WEN Auto Delivery ..........

I ordered a 16 oz WEN CC on A/D ..... can I change the "flavor" with my next A/D ?

I noticed that the WEN Gallon orders keep specifying that you cannot change your order with the second shipment, so I'm wondering if this is an exception.

Anyone know what the rule is?

Almost certainly you will be able to change the formula. If an item number covers all the formulas, the rule is you can change. If, like the gallons, each formula has its own item number, you cannot.

Sign into your account and select Auto Delivery. When you click on the CC, see if it will allow you to edit the formula or if it says you can call CS to request a change.

Generally, if there are options to choose using the same item number you can change formulas for future AD's.

The core gallons each have their own item number.
