topic My review on Garnier Fructis Style--Survivor--Tough it Out Glue (for hair) in Beauty

While looking at hair products came across this item. It is to "resist humidity, wind, and heat, have 24 hr hold, and be non-sticky. I'm still not sure what made me purchase it, but am so glad I did. Have been using a little over a week now, and have been extremely pleased!! Was just looking up some other items on the net, and there is a similar product in a jar, but this one is in a 6.8 fl oz tube (with flip-top cap) for $4.48 from Walmart. While looking @ Walmart again recently, now there are some with a bonus of "Clean and Fresh Anti-Dandruff 2 in 1 Shampoo/Conditioner" 2 oz. Don't let the word "glue" frighten you. This is not "gluey" in the least, it is a white cream that has really smoothed out my hair, and has taken away the frizzies with this humidity. I will report, don't see how it can resist the "wind" factor, but that isn't why I purchased it. Before using, I also put in some Suave Root Spray (small grey bottle), and some John Frieda Root Spray (blue bottle)--I spray the Suave in my hand first and put to roots, and then the JF, same way, and then the Garnier Survivor more throughout than at the roots. If anyone is looking for something, wanted to share. As I said, this item is in a nice size tube, NOT the jar.
