You could always use a powder over your CC+ Cream. For a foundation, though, someone posted the other day about one that lasted her all day (12 hrs.). I might not have the name exactly right but it's something like L'Oreal Visilift Absolute Serum. I hope that's close enough so you'll be able to look for it.

Warm weather alternative to It Cosmetics CC+ Cream?

I absolutely adore It Cosmetics CC Cream (Medium). During the winter my face is extremely dry and this is the perfect foundation - very moisturizing and just the right amount of everyday coverage. This being the first summer using this product, I'm finding that it is overly moisturizing (never thought I would say that!). My face appears very oily. The only product I put on under the cc cream is sunscreen, as I don't like to rely on makeup for my sun protection.

Can anyone recommend a less dewey (but not mattifying!) liquid foundation for summer? I like light to medium coverage and I normally apply with my beauty blender. I definitely do not want to use a powder. There isn't a powder product out there that does not accentuate every imperfection on my face. Thanks!

I strongly suggest trying the new Perricone No Foundation Foundation Serum (the one with the dropper). It is incredibly light. I do exactly what you do - I put a sunscreen underneath, then apply "foundation" with sponge. I've been rotating with the IT CC cream, and I prefer the Perricone for summer. It has a suede finish, and is better suited for oily skin than their original foundation, which is kind of wet. I usually don't like Perricone, but I am in love with this product.

PS - I have a no powder touches my face rule, and I do not need powder after the Perricone.

Will look into the Loreal.

I just saw a YouTube review for the Urban Decay Naked that sounded like a very middle of the road finish - not too dewey, but not matte. I really wanted to shoot for drugstore range, but it sounded like exactly what I'm looking for and I can test it out before buying. If anyone has experience with that, please comment!

I've also been reading about the Cover Girl Outlast 3-1 and the Loreal True Match. Anyone have thoughts on those?

It already contains sunscreen and moisturizer, so you can just put it on a bare face. If I forget and moisturize first, I feel oily all day.

I know there is a new IT CC+ foundation in a compact that's supposed to be a ""lighter"" version of the cream. I may give it a try before long myself - I believe it even has the same SPF.

i love it cosmetic CC cream too. The last couple of days I reached for my Josie Maran tinted moisurizer and am loving it in the warmer weather.

Hi,

I really like Almay's smart shade foundation in the tube. It's lighter textured than ITs CC Cream (which I like for winter, too) and for me leaves a matte-to-slight dewy finish. Price is good, too.
