I recently tried the Mally Volumizing mascara (the one that is in the TSV) It still ends up in a light grey smudge under my eyes. This is what happens for all the mascaras that I try - I just can't seem to find one that doesent smudge under my eyes but I can't stand waterproof ones. Can anyone suggest a mascara that doesent smudge and can be washed off fairly easily with cleanser?
