    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been on the search for the perfect, or near perfect eyeliner for years. The pencils work at first, e.g. UD24/7 but seem to get hard. I use BE but it's messy.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm getting older and want to stop using black. BB is tempting but many say her gels dry up.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I don't care if it's drugstore or high end. I need help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
