Rose eyeshadow recommendations please:).

I read a post a few months ago on some recs for rose color eye shadow. I bought Bobbi Brown Rose gold shimmer and I need one that's more opaque. Does anyone know a good one? Thanks so much!

Have you by chance tried using a blush in the rose color? My latest Go To is using Laura Geller Ethereal Rose over primer followed by either Mally Evercolor Eyestick or Laura Geller Tinted Eye Spackles. I love the effect as I am currently into lighter pink/rose blush and lip gloss. I have champagne, saddle shimmer and bronze in the Mally Eyesticks and Aubergine Queen, Pink Primadonna and Mink Mademoiselle in the Eye Spackles. Give it a try!

Take a look at Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. 80% of the colors have a rose or light pink hue. There are a couple colors that are a bit too glittery, but it's only a couple, there are so many great ones in the palette. It's sold at Macy's,and you can return it if you don't like it, so there's really no reason not to try it. The colors are so light and natural, so pretty.

If you go on Youtube Emilynoel83 has a whole segment just on rose gold eyeshadows. I will say this color would be mostly all shimmer.

Some time back I was looking for a great rose gold shadow and read on these boards about L'Oreal's Infallible Eye Shadow in Amber Rush. It was mentioned in a post above. It is gorgeous and has very good staying power. Love when I can find a drugstore product as good as a department store one.

Yes, ITA ! Urban Decay also has a nice single shadow available in a matte pinky-taupe "LACED" is the color.

You have to use white or ivory under the rose so as not to look like a rabbit....BB's own words

tarte has a nice pink one in a creamy eyeshadow in a pot that I use all the time... Mally also has one in a stick which is always nice... surprisingly I use pink eyeshadow a lot on my eyelids... actually looks really nice

What is the name of the pink tarte eye shadow sounds nice. I love pink eyeshadow.

ITA, that is a very pretty shadow and great base. A darker rose or rosy/brown looks very pretty in the crease with it. I haven't used mine in awhile so thanks for reminding me.

Rose Champagne is the name of the Tarte cream shadow. It came in the second shipment of Tart's 1st TSV A-D. It is nice....I just went and tried it again. I had forgotten how nice the colors were in that A-D program.

I have to second the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette. It's almost all shades within the rosy gold family with a good mix of matte and shimmer. I'm in my 40's and I don't feel any of them are too glittery for me to tastefully wear. Good saturation and staying power too.
