anyone here heard of/used derma wand?

I am sending my EGG back and am on the fence about ordering the nuface. I just happened across this device on the web. Do any of you Beauties use it or have any opinions about it? TIA and enjoy what's left of your weekend

I have had one for YEARS (10 or more).............it is great for zapping zits..........and I have found it helps dark circles if used on a lower setting.

I use the DermaWand. Not every day as they suggest.

I do see improvement especially on my neck, eyes and lips when I do use it.

I bought it at HSN with a coupon & flexpays a few years ago. It was less expensive than the infomercial then.

Thank you for your replies, Desertdi and Marybailey. I'm still a bit confused as I am looking for something that will give my 57-year-old skin some lift....glad you both found it useful.

I thought the Dermawand was a waste of money. It provided no lift at all....I think that woman they use on HSN demos either uses something else or she can hold one side of her face up herself.

I have used the derma wand for going on 20 years. I use it about 3 times a week, along with my light therapy. I do not know if it contributed to my having very good skin at 59, but, people comment on how pretty my skin is all the time.

I found it to be pretty useless and contrary to what some may think, the technology ii uses is not the same as NuFace or other micro-current products (Nutritone by Isomers) which are often much more effective.

If price isn't a huge issue, I'd go for NuFace over DermaWand - think you have a far better chance to see genuine results.

I have used the dermawand for about 4 years and the other day, my 31 year old daughter remarked on how I have no drooping on my upper lids of my eyes. It because of my dermawand , I told her.

I have a Dermawand. I've discovered that it breaks up bruises quickly. If you get any type of injection from Juve to Botox and get a bruise and need to have it go away fast. After you've gone thru the icing thing for 12 to 24 hours, use the Dermawand to help break up the blood causing the bruise.

It definitely helps to eliminate under eye puffiness and keep acne at bay. When I first bought it, I did an hour session (not recommended) and I couldn't believe how well my face responded in terms of a lifted look. I used it for close to a year and when I took a break, I noticed. Over the past two years, I moved on to other devices, but I still pull this out every now and again.

You can buy high frequency machines on Amazon for far less than the Dermawand. In my opinion, they are "stronger", but less convenient.

I sold mine on eBay after giving it the 'ol college try. Nothing even remotely remarkable or beneficial for my needs.
