Can I use the Mia with the luxe brush if I am also using Retin A a couple nights a weeks? Or is it still too rough to use.

I think you can. Just be careful of over exfolliating your skin. Sometimes scrubbing with clairasonic and then applying Retin A is too much. I would do this. On the nights you use Retin A, don't use the Mia. If you do, I might use Mia earlier in evening, then apply Retin A an hour or so later.

I found when I used the clairasonic every night, I didn't really need the Retin A, but that was me.

With the luxe brush I doubt if you would have a problem. I use the luxe brush and it so soft that dry spots I had before from the normal brush and my skin prescription are now gone.

The Clarisonic with any brush head is still a form of exfoliation to the skin. The Luxe Brush head decreases the friction, but there's still friction. If your face is very sensitive I would probably not use the Retin A immediately after using the Clarisonic. You could also follow the suggestion of using the Clarisonic for cleansing and waiting a while before applying the Retin A. Then of course since reactions vary as much as results-- your skin could be fine going straight through your routine.
