How much are you using to get an oily feeling? Is it the smell that bothers you?

Have you tried it yet? I don't think you will get benefits only using it for half an hour but if you put it on for a whole day it would even though Chaz always said the best time to do treatments are at night while your body is at rest. I do them all the time when I'm not going out. But if you haven't tried the oils yet, try it. It goes right into your hair, I never get any on my pillowcase but you could out a towel down if you fear it. There is no problem sleeping with the oil besides the aromatherapy lulls you to sleep. Just hold the dropper on your scalp and dispense as you drag the dropper. Do four droppers two in front , two back than massage it in your scalp. That's it.

I just use it during the day. I put it on in the morning when I know I'll be hanging around the house and then cleanse my hair later in the day. I can't sleep in it either.

I would try to leave it in longer if you can. Sometimes on a day when I don't have to go anywhere I will do an oil treatment when I get up, do my housework, and a few hours later wash it out. The longer the better the results.
