I've tried them all and not found a single undereye concealer that does not settle into my fine lines. Someone said to use finishing powder on top of the concealer.

Is finishing powder something different than regular loose powder?

Has anyone found this to truly make a difference?

I really feel like a makeup "DON'T" with the creases under my eyes!
