Do you use it before or after shampooing? I have really fine hair that can get weighed down so easily so am often cautious with deeply penetrating masks used after shampooing. Did you notice any residual effects if you used it as a final step.

I found that Marvelous Hair Oil by Garnier at Walmart the other night which is a pre-shampoo treatment. Saw it recommended here this past week.

Thanks for the review~ I bet the one you bought at Sally's cost a lot less than the Ojon mask that was all the rage a few years back.

It seems all the ""Oil"" products I look at have silicones as the first 2 or 3 ingredients. Is this the same?

I tried the ojon and this is just as good for $10. I just shampooed and put it in damp hair and allowed it to sit. My hair does feel thicker for some reason. I still use the garnier oil but did not use it this time.

I suspect you can put it in dry hair than shampoo. I done that with organix argan oil intensive conditioner.

This brand also has a maque in coconut as well as shampoos and leave in serums in macadamia nut and coconut

I found the ingredient list on Sally's site. Has some good stuff and some not so good stuff (in my opinion). However, the one thing that bothered me was the item description mentioned ingredients that are not on the ingredient deck. That would not keep me from trying it. I just find it untruthful.

Nope, it's complete. Argan oil is in both lists. I didn't question that one. I asked where the Tea Tree oil, the Chamomile oil, the Aloe, and the algae extract were.

My guess is that maybe those ingredients are in one of their other products and somebody was just doing cut/paste for their description without actually checking the ingredients.

probably so. drugstore.com is bad about it as well. When nexxus stopped the old version of their color protect shampoo with a complete sulfate free one, even changed the bottles color but they left up the old reviews of the old product. I know so for i had written a review for the old version and its still attached to the new shampoo i never tried lol

You know what is odd though, the macadamia oil mask repair on Ulta (different brand) has the exact same description and also does NOT contain these ingredients...weird!
