I know she always prefers not to say what percentage of retinol she puts in her Retinol Firm a Tone product....but I was kind of surprised when she said on her show today that she is not legally allowed to say what the percentage is.

Every other company..including the high end ones come right out and say or at least it is listed on their deck. I can't think of any legal reason she cannot say what is in her product.

This is not Dr Denese bashing...but if I am going to pay the high prices I think as a consumer I am entitled to know what I am getting. I do like some of her products but I think the evasion of a very valid question from customers is a little strange.

If anyone knows why she says this I would like to know.
