Acne Prone Ladies...Can we wear the BB TSV foundation?

Hello ladies,

I'm wondering if any of you acne prone girls have tried Bobbi Brown's foundation in the TSV?

Did it break you out or was it ok?

As usual, I am getting sucked into this TSV--haha

I would recommend Hourglass Immaculate foundation. It is mineral based and made especially for acne prone skin. The primer is super. I have used it for a while now and no problems. I understand that the foundation in the TSV has oil in it. On BB's website, she has a no oil foundation.

Hi there, I use it and it does NOT break me out and I get the worst kind of acne - cystic ! I also use Bobbi's moisturizing Gel before the foundation and those 2 work well for me & does not cause break outs. However, everyone's skin is different. Some people rave about some foundations and I bought those foundations based on the reviews only to be terribly disappointed. So my philosophy is to try it out ! Good Luck !

I have tried Hourglass Immaculate foundation and didn't like it. Even the lightest shade was too dark and orange on me.

Hourglass is sold at Sephora. They also have a website. They will match you for your foundation color. I have cystic acne at times and rosacea. Since I have used their products, I am stable. A nurse at the dermatologist's office told me to use mineral foundations and one day I read about this and this has been it. I have used it all. If you are able, please go to a dr. I use Aczone for the acne.
