Smoky Pink Eye Tutorial

The other day I found a tutorial for doing a smoky pink eye on blue eyes. It was a beautiful look. We were having a thunderstorm, there was a lightning strike and my connection to the internet was lost. I can not remember where I saw this or what site I had come across when I found it.

Are any of you familiar with the tutorial I am speaking of?

C'mon gals, gimme a break now. I admitted that I thought it sounded funny as well, but I was needing help about this. That's what the tutorial was called and it was very pretty.
