I think they're pretty comparable. I use both and like both.

It does not keep the oilies off me all day so sometimes I am alternating between this and compact or loose powder (loose powder seems to work better for me at the moment).

I use them under my makeup as an oil controller mainly in the T zone. Products are very similar, but Dimitri puts some essential oils in his, Mally does not. Of course, they can also be used over foundation all day long as a touch up.

Others have RAVED about both PFF and Mally's. And as always, I may not be applying it as I should. Always the possibility of Operator Error when it comes to me.

At first I thought I didn't like Skinn's and almost sent it back. But procrastination..... Anyhow I still have it and use it, and it also applies clear. I would try it and compare for yourself but they're pretty much the same for me.

Have you tried It's Celebration Foundation? I'd like that a lot (finish, adjustable coverage) if it didn't emphasize my wrinkles. Others have said it doesn't emphasize THEIR wrinkles, and I admit, mine are pretty deep, so....?

I have the IT Celebration Foundation. I don't get the coverage Jamie does though. I have to still use my Studio Fix to cover the redness. I like it though, but it just doesn't cover fully no matter how much, or how, I apply it.

I have wanted to try it but I have no clue what shade. I emailed them once and told them I had light neutral skin and they told me light. I wish I had a Sephora or Ulta closer by.

It is like this CoverGirl TruMagic dupe. I've got this one and find it and other poreless primers make my pores on my nose stick out since my Paula's Choice 2% BHA is shrinking the pores and sort of pushing the gunk out bit by bit. I've done a pore strip and pulled a few out, but nothing big. So until those buggers are gone, this isn't working for me and neither is liquid base/foundation. I use the tiniest bit and them a powder foundation. I have used by Beauty Blender, a stippling brush by Real Techniques, a stippling brush by Sonja Kushak, my fingers...everything. Nothing works. It may just be me seeing them, but until I stop seeing them, I can't use this dupe.

Come to think of it, I may try it on top of my makeup instead of as a base.

The SKINN product is comparable to Mally's but SKINN is softer so it is easier to use more. I prefer the more firm texture of Mally.

I'm planning to try the dupe - Cover Girl truMAGIC Skin Perfector - when my Mally is gone.

These products are finishing products and they are meant to replace finishing powers. That said, I use these over my bareMinerals Bronzing Mineral Veil. I like the look I get using both.

I too like the texture of the Mally product better. The Skinn product really is much softer.

I keep purchasing the Skinn product over the Mally though, because I don't like either the regular Mally compact (too heavy and no place for the sponge) or the travel compact (lighter and stores sponge, but is ULTRA flimsy and falls apart).

Skinn's compact is lightweight, has a place for the sponge, but doesn't fall apart when you look at it. The only problem with the Skinn compact is it can go "off the track" when you try to close it up (it has a "swivel" closure), but I just unswivel it if I mess up and start again.

The Skinn price is a little more but worth it to me for something I can take with me that doesn't weigh a ton or fall apart.

I would like to try the Cover Girl product when my Skinn runs out. I won't buy Mally again unless she changes the compact.

Are these 2 products mattifiers applied under MU..............or finishing powders applied to set MU?

I use MUFE HD Invisible Finishing Powder

But to blot I use UD De-Slick Compact Powder. You can apply it with the included sponge or brush it on. It looks lavender but is invisible on application.
