Do you ever choose Priority Mail as a delivery option from QVC?

I am just curious as to the difference in shipping time. I ordered the Bare Minerals Ombre Bronzer and it was shipped on April 13. I chose Best Standard Delivery and it was mailed for USPS delivery. If the tracking is correct, it will be delivered on Thursday which will be 11 days total. For a couple more dollars, I could have chosen Priority Mail. Would this have been 3-4 days delivery time? Just curious as I am so impatient with the slow shipping.

Don't waste your money. Priority Mail means nothing. I rarely order from the Q, but many other places send Priority Mail and it can be every bit as slow as a standard service. I used to send things to my son and it took forever. I switched to FedEx and things get there super fast even with their ground service. Packages also arrive in great shape.

Did it list an estimated delivery date for Priority Mail in the drop down menu? Unless there's a significant difference in delivery dates I won't pay extra to have it sent to me quicker. I'm patient.

Next time I place an order I will look more closely at the estimated delivery date. I am so NOT patient -- many times I opt for express delivery. This is why Amazon Prime has paid off big time for me!

I used it yesterday on some very expensive jewelry I sent back, plus I insured it! It cost a lot, but I wanted to be sure they got it and I had proof of shipping! Never order any jewelry that expensive again!!!

I won't pick Priority over regular USPS, but if the choices are UPS Ground or Priority, then I do pay the extra for Priority if I want the item fast (like for an event). UPS Ground takes forever and is always my last choice. Regular first class post is fine if they offer it.

Priority mail is very fast, but I never use it with the Q, because there is nothing they sell that I have to have quickly. As long as I get my order in about a week, I'm fine.

The post office isn't the best, whether it is Priority or regular mail, IMO. I have used both, and they seem to come in the same time. In fact, one time one package was ordered Priority, the other regular mail, they arrived the same day.! It depends on your post office, and how busy they are. Also, tracking with the post office only goes so far. Often they track it online for the first leg of the journey, then it drops off into mail land. I dealt with regular USPS at Christmas. With the bad wheather, it took 15 days. No one knew where it was, and wouldn't even check until the 10th day. Then they couldn't tell me where it was, until the 14th day when it arrived near my city.

Other times I have had a mail purchase come in 2 days! Never know. You could try it?

If it is an item that I am very anxious to get I usually change it to ups ground.... I get it at least 2 days faster and it is usually very close to the same cost!
