ITA. I use it. Love that the 3 mins starts counting down all by itself. So much easier then using my timer that goes with my cooking thermometer. DH hates the beep beep beep setting the timer every 3 mins. Low sound coming from my iPad when I use the app. DH never hears it.

When I was using my LightStim, I never would have been able to do it without the app. As it was, I'd sometimes forget which areas I'd done and which I hadn't. I also liked the option of choosing the 5 minute timer when I wanted to.

I wish they would make an app for android phones. I have a stopwatch on my phone that I use, but I hate the loud timer every 3 mins while I am watching tv and then I have to reset it...
