I lost 80 lbs to start...got married (gained), had baby #1 (lost most but not all), had baby #2 6 months ago (still hanging on to a few lbs) and turned 35 (UGH). Recently, I started working with a trainer and that has helped a little but I can't afford to keep her. I've been trying a few videos from friends for my weekend workouts but I need more variety. I've tried P90X...you need equipment for that. I did Yoga (I can't seem to relax enough to concentrate). The list goes on and on. </P> <P>Does anyone use Netflix to rent DVDs? How is the selection?
