    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the very same "contact CS" message on my order info that Tess70 had, when it was time for my 32 oz. seasonal (Spring Orange Blossom) to ship!  When I called, it was that same credit card "error", which, while I spoke to the CS, she put it through again and it went right through.  My order was released right away and I got the WEN a few days later.  I NEVER have an issue with credit cards, so I'm gonna say, it's a problem the Q was having processing credit card payments.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;How embarrassing when WE check to see where in the heck our shipment is (because they sure never bothered to call OR send an email) and find a message like that on our order info, call and get told there "was a problem with your credit card".  No, Q, there WASN'T. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>QVC canceled 613 shipment without notification</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced this?  I received an e-mail last week thanking me for my order, which was the release of my gallon of 613 that was on auto delivery.  I was then waiting for the subsequent e-mail advising it had shipped and didn't get one so I logged in to my account and behold the order was canceled.  Since I had not canceled, I inquired as to how my order ended up canceled and further more why QVC had not given me the courtesy of notifying me and explaining the why.  The response I received was "We regret to inform you that the WEN by Chaz Dean 613 Cleansing Treatment One Gallon A-D had been sold out."  And no answer to my questions regarding notification, etc.  Then I thought - How can it be sold out when I was on auto-delivery? Wouldn't they keep enough stock for those of us on an auto-delivery plan?  I again inquired as to an explanation to my initial inquiries and was basically told --- We are sorry, but we don't know why it was canceled and (oh by the way) we appreciate your comments!!!!  Just very frustrated and disappointed with QVC regarding this.    &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never had anything on auto delivery; however, that would certainly get my knickers in a knot and I'm thinking heads would roll. What's the point of AD if you aren't going to get your order?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>That's really poor. Is the AD for gallons the same as for 32ozs where you can adjust the number you receive each time? If they set a hard deck they won't go over shipping for free, etc and people order more they would technically run out. And/or I wonder also if it signals a price increase for all gallons this year. Bebe thought they would go up this year. If the price no longer fit into this years pricing scheme, they may have decided it wasn't worth it for them to sell anymore. Still really not good to give the customer the shaft when they 'locked in' a price.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Luvs2Scrap, this just shouldn't have happened, especially after QVC sent you that confirming email. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;If it were me, I'd call QVC customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor about this. -- It's their mistake. They need to accept responsibility and fix it. Even if that means sending you (4) 32oz. containers of 613 CC. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work then I would call Chaz's salon. Maybe they can help you out. And they sure need to know what QVC has done here. Since the December TSV is the only one that is all cleansing conditioner, that TSV gives the best indication of possible price increases for the CCs.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;* The single bottle prices for 16oz and 32oz CC have not increased in quite a while. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;* While I'm still confused about Chaz charging $256 for a gallon of BGT on his website, the prices for the other gallons remain constant at $210. -- Also, bruingirl mentioned that Dooters seemed to think that the BGT gallons would be the same price as the Core/Kids gallons. -- Of course, we still don't know for sure that BGT gallons will be offered in June (but I think they will be).&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;-- bebe &lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/001_smile.gif" alt="Smile" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC just doesn't get it: Customer Service should have the same priority as sales. Of course problems will arise, but it is HOW problems are handled that counts. For the life of me, I do not understand why QVC would be so negligent in this area.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Called customer service and they said my shipment was delayed because of a credit card error - she said it was fine/payment went through and it will be shipped out shortly.  Luvs2scrap - you may want to call back and see if it was the same issue as mine.  Customer service rep didn't say anything about it not being ""in stock"" or anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have been having a long string of problems with the Q since Fall and it just keeps getting worse so nothing surprises me. They are shipping things way ahead of shipment dates or not shipping at all. Right now I'm dealing with an order that they were shipping way too early I called them and they wound up cancelling the order. I cannot get any satisfaction from CS and I am very upset because this particular order was an advanced order since January. The corporate phone has been disconnected so my guess is many are experiencing similar problems. I didn't do my holiday shopping on the Q for this very reason and now it looks like I will be cutting down on my beauty orders too. I am sick and tired of their CS. Last week when I called to inquire why this order was cancelled the CS rep thought it was funny. When I told her to look at my account to see how much money I spent each month with the Q she didn't seem to care in the least. Oh, I forgot I am not a VIP as I was told in the Fall. Shame on the Q.</description>

      <description>That is SO WRONG! AD is a commitment on the Q's part. I can't imagine Wen has run out of 613 gallons. I think it is a pricing issue , and if you push hard enough, you'll get your gallons.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Other people have had problems with their credit card expiring so they were sent an email from QVC. Perhaps you received this email and didn't notice it. You may need to contact customer service and update your credit card. Otherwise, contact customer service and if the first person doesn't help, request a supervisor.       <description>&lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri;"&gt;The A-D person should be first in line, then everyone else. How can they promise A-D, then  claim they or sold out. I would think it would be the opposite. Some may cancel their order, and then Q ends up with more to sell. I can understand having your order delayed but not droped.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mine is still set to ship April 8th, it was set for april 2nd, but it was changed with no notice to me. I am so frustrated, annoyed, and sad just from worrying about purchasing a product. Should be a fun, good experience, not something you have to fret over and wonder about.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I suspect it's because the gallons are coming in June, and 613 gallons will be included as a 'core', so Q reasons why send out a bunch now, and a bunch in a few weeks.
