    <description>&lt;P&gt;well I am still having the issue, cannot place an order online at all. I tried calling customer service, the rep wasn't able to help. He did send an email to corporate.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I then tried using the chat support as the rep last night suggested and he told me I could email the webmaster that was the only assistance he could offer.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I guess QVC just does not want my business&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Anyone else get this when placing an order? This happens to me quite often. Sometimes i can place an order, no problem, other times, just won't go through. And no, it's not a credit card problem. I thought maybe it's my iPad, which is what I usually use to place an order. Oh well, maybe it's for the best. Save a few bucks.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's QVC, they have a banner on top about it now.  I think they do maintenance from time to time and you can't order on-line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>This happens to me even trying to post or add to my WL. Try clicking your back button and/or refreshing. A combo of those 2 things always fixes it for me.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having this problem for days, I'm getting it on my iphone, and computer so its not just a mobile thing. I've tried resubmitting, doing speed buy and checking out normally with no luck at all. Everything else on qvc works fine and I have no problems with other websites.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I have a now sold out sweater in my cart right now that I've been trying buy for the past hour with no luck. Customer service is closed and no one at the 888 345-5788 # can help me.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm pretty close ending my 1 month qvc relationship&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was having that very same problem when ordering online. It went on for awhile. I guess the problem has been resolved because yesterday evening I placed an order online and it finally went through. I had no problems placing orders though when I called the automated ordering #.  &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>OMG! this happened to me for two whole months! I was ready to take my business elsewhere. I finally called customer service and they were not able to figure out why I was having this problem. Right before the rep hung up, she noticed that my default credit card had no expiration date listed. Why, I have no idea because they were taking my easy pays out on that card, and I could order over the phone with the same card with no problem. I never got any error messages that there was a problem with the card either. She added the expiration in, and I have been able to order since then. I guess they must have updated the website at some point and all the data did not carry over. Try checking to see if that helps.</description>
