Not sure which LG spackle to choose - help, please!

Hello - I usually purchase LG's Balance 'n Brighten in the medium/regular shade and the original spackle. I'm interested in trying the Bronze tinted spackle but don't know if it will be too dark (I really have no interest in the champagne or ethereal spackles). Because the consistency is fairly light, I am hoping it will be more like a tinted moisturizer and will warm up my skin without looking too dark or mask-like.

Can anyone provide some feedback?

It won't be too dark for you. I can wear it and I am a fair in her products. That is exactly what it will do for you, warm up your complexion. It won't give you any coverage. It reminds me of tinted aloe vera gel.

No, not that I've seen. That would be neat though. I just meant the consistency and transparency. That is what Spackle reminds me of. At least the regular and the bronze. Those are the only spackles I have tried. I recently got the bronze spackle sample in an order I got from LG. I've never used a tinted moisturizer and this has less coverage than any tinted primer I have tried and my tinted primers looked more like foundation colors rather than a warm bronzer.

Sorry - I'm confused. I'd love for the tinted spackle to double as a tinted moisturizer. Are you saying it is like that?

I've never used that. Sorry. I don't think spackle is like moisturizer though. I think the bronze one gives color. That's all. No coverage. I find it gel like. I mix moisturizers and my primer all the time! Try that. Squirt a little of each in your hand mix it then apply it. Sometimes I add luminizer or sunscreen. Do you have Argan oil? Sometimes I add a drop of that too. Spackle is just a primer, meant to make your make up last.

Ooh-- thanks for the information! I too wanted to try the Bronze Spackle but, being fair, I thought it would be unsuitable for my skin tone. Now I have to get some to try!

I just want you all to know that I am not recommending it. I didn't care for it, maybe you will. I just wanted you to know that I don't think it would be too dark for even fair girls. So when you get this, if you don't like it I don't want you to think I recommended it.

I tried the Bronze tinted Spackle, and I did not care for it at all. I found the consistency to be too thick for me. I use the Neutralizer Spackle (occasionally mixed with the original). The other formulas seem to magnify any lines and wrinkles on me, but I gave my Bronze super size to my cousin (same age, different skin type/coloring) and she loved it. I can wear the Neutralizer Spackle alone during the summer; she does the same with the Bronze.

The bronze Spackle should be just fine. I'm between light and medium and I use it as my default primer. It really doesn't impart that much color.

Isn't it strange she calls it "spackle?" In my experience, spackle is a gypsum paste used to fill holes and cracks in walls. I guess the LG spackle fills holes and cracks in your face, so I understand the connection, but it just seems crude.

I had the Spackle in the regular and now I have the champagne and I love them both. I think the champagne variety gives me a bit of a glow if I don't put loads of foundation on. It helps, especially around the eye. I put it on my lids, too.

Of the 3 Spackles I've tried, the Neutralizer has the most "coverage", if you can call it that. Any skin tone could use it.
