Has QVC Lowered Their Shipping Charges??

I was looking up a beauty product to order, and the shipping was only $3 which usually $5.97 or more. I checked out more items, and the shipping also is lowered.

Beauty products should only be $3 to ship- I have returned tops to QVC and have pd less than that. The reduced shipping of $5 on clothing is still higher than it actually costs!
