topic Suggestions Please... in Beauty

on how to determine which cc is the right one for me. If I get one of the discovery kits, should I use each one for both cleanses first before mixing them so that I can see which ones work well with my hair, or should I just start mixing to see which combination works best? Any help you can give is really appreciated -thank you!!

I would use each one individually first. Once you get a feel for what they do for your hair you could start mixing them. For me, the tea tree cleans well and adds moisture and smooths frizz, the sweet almond is light with medium moisture, the fig adds tons of moisture and is a little heavier, the lavender cleans well and is very light with less moisture, the bgt is light and adds smoothness, shine, and strength. The seasonals add strength and repair, but can be drying over time. I don't use Pom because it is too heavy on my hair and cucumber aloe is not moisturizing enough. I usually use tea tree for my first cleanse everyday. I change it up for my second cleanse based on my what my hair needs. Please keep in mind that everyone's hair is different. Your hair may react differently than mine. I think you are right to try them all so you can find out what they all do for your hair. Good luck!!

When i first started Wenning, I would use one formula for everything: both cleanses and leave-in. I would do this for a few washes to see how the formula affected my hair.

The formulas I tried were SAM, POM, LAV, 613, TT and Fig. 613, TT and Fig are my go to formulas.

It took a few months of hit or miss, but I found a regimen this way.

I too would start with a universal, pom or Sam. See what your hair does after a few weeks, then expand from there. Took me almost 8 mos to find the perfect cocktail for me. Have fun!!

Arianny, welcome to the Wen forum!! Below I've included a hot link which lists the various Wen discovery kits:

Wen - Cleansing Conditioner Discovery Kits available at QVC

I agree with Hilary and beaches. Trying a number of the CCs is the best way to figure out what works best for you. Best of luck!!

-- bebe
