Missing delivery - anyone else?

I ordered the BGT TSV on Feb. 28, shows shipped on 3/3. No tracking info and when I called Customer Service I was told there were many other deliveries that haven't been received. I was credited for the shipment as there was not a replacement available. I hope it is taking the scenic route and will show up soon. I really want to try the Bamboo Green Tea so I am a little bummed.

I posted in this forum since it is a generalized problem, not just specific to WEN. Anyone received an order late that has been MIA

Yes, I have two SOB CC that I received notification that they shipped on 3/19 but the only thing UPS tracking says is Billing Notification Received. What does that mean? And as I mentioned in another post, UPS has lost the Dyson TSV I had ordered 2 weeks ago.

I am also missing an order and plan to call customer service today. Like Ya'll, mine shows no tracking info.

This has happened to me about 3 times in the past year or so....JR jewelry and Mrs. Prindable apples...go figure. However, QVC did credit my account in a timely manner!

So far so good for my last Q delivery. Got my TSV (Pom) exactly when it was promised. 5 days from order to delivery and I paid nothing extra for S&H. (I bought Amazon Prime this year for the first time - so far, it's costing me money, although I can see how frequent shoppers would profit as well as like the 2-day delivery which doesn't matter to me. I haven't opened anything from the TSV.)

One note - I have my taxes done by a CPA in another state. That office called me Friday and told me to expect my return to arrive by USPS this week. When I asked why they had changed from FedEx, the answer was they'd experienced problems with them and not with the PO. I know that two different years, FedEx delivered my finished forms to the wrong address. Thank heaven for good neighbors!

Yes! I ordered WEN pets and it took 3 weeks to get to me (qvc was nice enough to send me another). Then I ended up with 2 WEN pets! Also, my WEN treatment mist hasn't arrived (shipped in mid January), again qvc credited my account. I was told that WEN ships themselves, so it's not qvc's fault. However, I also never got my gold day purchase, which was shipped from qvc (credited my account yet again). I have never had these problems, and I've been with qvc since the beginning.

It means that the label has been created but they are not yet on the truck being sent to you
